NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE FOR RETAILall sales transactions, once paid and delivered, are final.
STOCKSOur items are shipped from the US and Japan and hand-picked by our personal shoppers from closeout sales. most still have their original tags, hence, they are labelled “brand new” in the Condition portion of the item description. Those that don’t anymore carry their original tags are marked “like new”. note that our personal shoppers rarely pick out items that are the same so what you see is what you get.
PRICEStrictly no haggling please, all prices are fixed.
SIZESince our items are from US and Japan, sizes are based on sizes of said countries, but we also estimate sizes based on the Filipino physique so you’ll find some items have their sizes in the Description portion (eg. “tag says large but can actually fit medium”)
ORDERSItems will automatically be reserved once orders are placed. Payment must be made within 3 days; if not, items will be placed up for sale again in the website/ store.
PAYMENT MODETotal amount of order plus shipping fee should be paid within three days upon receipt of confirmation email. There is currently one mode of payment but rest assured that we are working on more options.

Shipping is made a day after the receipt of copy of bank deposit slip. Expected date of delivery is within 1-3 days depending on your location. shipping fee is Php 50/0.5 kg for orders within Metro Manila. Add’l required for Php 30/kg for add-ons. For orders in provincial areas, shipping fee is Php 100/kg. Add’l Php70/kg required for add-ons.
